眶颧复合体骨折的晚期手术治疗 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨眶颧复合体骨折晚期手术治疗的效果。方法:采用颧骨的截骨旋提矫正颧骨骨折和眼眶下移,眶内充填人工骨,矫正眼球内陷29例。结果:患者术后外形全部得到明显改善,随访6mo,眼眶下移为0~2mm,眼球内陷程度为0~2mm。结论:眶颧复合体骨折的晚期整复治疗可起到明显的美容效果。 AIM: To study the curative effect of the late operation for fracture of orbit ozygomatic complex (OZC). · METHODS: Cutting-bone and circumflex were used to correct zygoma fracture and infra-shift of orbit, man-made bone was filled intraorbitally to correct enopht halmos in 29 cases. · RESULTS: All patients' appearances were a meliorated obviously. Afte the foll ow-up of 6mo,infra-shift of orbit was between 0 and 2mm,and enophthalmos degree was between 0 and 2mm. · CONCLUSION: Late operation for fracture of OZC can lead to obvious cosmetic e ffects. ·
