摘要 含镍合金在口腔治疗中应用广泛,尤其在正畸学领域,包括金属托槽、弓丝、带环、推簧和结扎丝等,几乎伴随在正畸治疗的整个过程中。应用于人体的材料必须具有良好的生物安全性。近年来,随着人们健康意识的提高,口腔材料的腐蚀和其潜在的毒性作用已逐渐受到关注。本文将针对正畸治疗中含镍合金生物安全性的研究进展作一综述,具体包括镍离子的释放,含镍合金致敏性、细胞毒性、致癌性以及机体其他器官的不良反应等内容。 Nickel containing alloys have been widely used in the provision of various forms of dental care. Furthermore, these alloys are commonly used in orthodontic applications, such as brackets, arch wires, bands, springs and ligature wires. Nickel containing alloys are almost along with the whole process of orthodontic treatment. As materials used for human body, biosafety of dental material is now a fundamental requirement of successful clinical behavior in oral cavity. Nowadays, corrosion and the potential toxicity of nickel containing alloys has been taken seriously with the developing of health awareness. This article reviewed recent studies of the biosafety of nickel containing alloys, the variables included the release of nickel ion from alloys, the sensitization, cytotoxicity, the carcinogenecity and the adverse reactions to other organs of nickel containing alloys.
