摘要
为了确定甘蔗联合收割机剥叶装置主要参数对性能指标的影响规律,利用自制的剥叶装置试验台,采用二次通用旋转组合试验设计方法,以各辊(喂入辊、第1级剥叶辊、第2级剥叶辊、输出辊)转速为试验因素,以甘蔗未剥净率、蔗茎合格率为试验指标,完成了室内物理模拟试验。并对试验数据进行数理统计分析,初步研究了剥叶性能影响机理。试验得到影响剥叶装置性能的最佳参数组合,为甘蔗联合收获机械的设计提供了试验依据。
By using the rotational speeds of leaf stripping roller as experiment factors(inlet roller,first order leaf stripping roller,second order leaf stripping roller,deliver roller),and using the rate of no completely stripped and passing rate of sugarcane stalks as test index,on the self-designed leaf-stripping device,an indoor experiment of sugarcane top stripping was completed by means of the quadratic general rotary unitized design. The influence mechanisms of leaf stripping performance were preliminary analyzed.The optimum combined parameters affecting the performance of leaf stripping device were gained,which offers the test basis for the design of sugarcane harvester.
