摘要
研究小直径短程高强度横向轴流脱粒装置。在规定喂入量下,按照回归试验方法对其凹板间隙、导向板升角和滚筒转速进行了试验。然后用统计软件对试验数据进行统计学分析,得出凹板间隙、导向板升角和滚筒转速在试验范围内对损失率、含杂率等性能指标的影响规律。最后优化并确定了该脱粒装置三因素的最佳参数组合。
A kind of transverse axial minor-diameter unit of threshing was researched. At the nominal feed rate,a regression test was made to the concave plate gap,the guide plate angle and the drum speed of the unit. Then some statistical softwares were used to make a statistical analysis of the test data,and the effect and rules of the concave plate gap,the guide plate angle and the drum speed on the loss ratio and the percentage of trash and so on were found out. Through optimization the best parameters of the threshing device are determined.
