异丙酚和硫喷妥钠麻醉对大鼠脑薄片视上核神经元自发电活动的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Sodium Pentothal and Propofol on the Spontaneous Neural Discharge of the Supraoptic Nucleus Neurons from Rat Hypothalamic Slices

摘要 目的 :研究静脉麻醉药硫喷妥钠 (SP)和异丙酚 (Pro)对新生鼠下丘脑视上核 (SO)神经元自发电活动的影响 ,为进一步探讨全身麻醉作用机理打下基础。方法 :应用膜片钳技术 ,观察SP和Pro对SO神经元自发放电活动的变化。结果 :实验发现SP 2 5 μmol/L或Pro 2 0 μmol/L均明显抑制SO神经元的自发放电频率 ,用正常人工脑脊液(ACSF)冲洗 5分钟后其放电频率可恢复至给药前水平。结论 :SP或Pro对下丘脑SO神经元自发电活动均有可逆性的抑制效应 。 Objective: To study the effects of sodium pentothal(SP) and propofol(Pro) on electrophysiology of the supraoptic nucleus neurons.Methods:With wholcellpatchclamp technique,the effects SP and Pro were studied on the spontaneous neural discharge of supraoptic nucleus neurons from rat hypothalamic.Results:It showed that frquencies of spontaneous neural discharge were inhibited obviously by SP(25μmol/L) or Pro(20μmol/L) and recovered after washing with normal artifical cerebrospinal fluid for 5minutes. Conclusion:The results indicate that the discharge of the supraoptic nucleus can be inhibited reversiblely by SP or Pro,indicating that the supraoptic nucleus might be an important site in central nervous system during SP or Pro anesthesia.
