摘要
观察猪血酶解产物对生长期雌性大鼠缺铁性贫血的预防效果,为评价SBEP的贫血预防效果提供实验数据。本研究利用48只Wistar雌性大鼠按初始血红蛋白和体重随机分为低铁对照组,SBEP低、中、高剂量组,每组12只大鼠。给低铁对照组大鼠喂饲低铁饲料(5.0mg铁/kg),SBEP低、中、高剂量组大鼠喂饲含低、中、高剂量SBEP(7、14、28g/kg)的低铁饲料。每4d称1次体重,实验末取尾血,观察各组大鼠体重的变化;用血细胞自动分析仪检测大鼠Hb、Hct、RBC水平;用全自动血生化分析仪检测血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白的水平。研究发现,三个剂量组大鼠Hb、Hct、RBC水平均较低铁组大鼠显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与低铁对照组比较,一定剂量的SBEP可明显增加血清白蛋白、球蛋白和总蛋白水平;但实验结束后,大鼠体重增长量各组间的差异均无统计学意义。本研究中猪血酶解产物具有预防大鼠贫血的作用,可改善体内蛋白质水平,为预防缺铁性贫血和蛋白质营养不良提供了可供选择的营养措施。
The preventive effect of swine blood enzymolysis product (SBEP) on the iron deficiency anemia in wistar rats was studied. Forty-eight wistar growing female rats were randomly divided into a low-iron control group, three groups added with SBEP at low, middle and high levels respectively. The control rats were fed with a low-iron diet; the rats in the low, middle and high doses groups were fed with tile low-iron control diet added with SBEP at different doses(7, 14, 28 SBEP g/kg)for 32 days. Body weight was measured once every 4days. Tail blood of all rats wascollected for the analysis of Hb, Hct and RBC by automatic blood cell analyzer; of serum total protein, serum albumin and serum globulin by automatic blood chemistry analyzer at the end of the experiment. The study shows that the levels of Hb, Hct and RBC, serum albumin, serum globulinand serum total protein were significant higher in the 3 SBEP groups than those in low-iron control group (P〈0.05). However, no significant Difference of the increasement of body weight was observed between any two groups. It can be considered that there are preventive effects of swine blood enzymolysis product on both iron deficiency anemia and protein malnutrition in the present study.
