摘要
目的:测定猪胆汁中猪去氧胆酸的含量;比较发酵前(4℃冰箱内旋转7d)及发酵后(38℃恒温自然发酵7d)猪胆汁中猪去氧胆酸含量的变化。方法:薄层扫描法测定了5批发酵前、后的猪胆汁。结果:发酵前猪胆汁中猪去氧胆酸的平均含量为0.012%(RSD=3.3%,n=5)~0.017%(RSD=4.0%,n=5),发酵后猪胆汁中猪去氧胆酸的平均含量为0.044%(RSD=3.4%,n=5)~0.059%(RSD=3.6%,n=5)。结论:发酵后猪胆汁中猪去氧胆酸的量是发酵前的3.0~3.7倍。
OBJECTIVE:Hyodeoxycholic acid in pig bile was determined and the contents of hyodeoxycholic acid in pig bile before(put in refrigerator for 7 days at 4℃) and after fermentation(naturally fermentated for 7 days at constant temperature 38℃) were compared.METHOD:TLC scanning method was used to determine pig bile before and after fermentation in five batches.RESULTS:The average content of hyodeoxycholic acid in pig bile before fermentation was 0.012 %(RSD=3.3%,n=5)~0.017%(RSD=4.0%,n=5) and after fermentation 0.044%(RSD=3.4%,n=5)~0.059%(RSD=3.6%,n=5).CONCLUSION:The content of hyodeoxycholic acid in pig bile after fermentation was 3.0 ~3.7 times as much as that before fermentation.
