摘要
目的建立肠舒片(固公果根)中蔷薇酸和委陵菜酸的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为PhenomenexLuna Su C18柱;流动相为水-甲醇(32∶68);体积流量1.0 mL/min;检测波长204 nm;柱温30℃;进样量20μL。结果蔷薇酸和委陵菜酸的标准曲线回归方程分别为:Y=6×106X+75 636(R2=0.999 9),Y=6×106X+510 504(R2=0.999 9),蔷薇酸和委陵菜酸分别在8.24~82.4μg和16.0~160.0μg范围内线性关系良好,蔷薇酸和委陵菜酸的平均回收率分别为103.1%、100.9%。不同批次肠舒片中蔷薇酸质量分数范围为0.254~0.312 mg/g,委陵菜酸质量分数范围为0.572~0.663 mg/g。结论所用方法简便、准确,可用于不同批次肠舒片的质量控制。
AIM To determine the contents of euscaphic acid and tormertic acid in Changshu Tablet(Rosa odorata Sweet var.gigantea Rehd.et Wils.) by HPLC.METHODS Determination was performed on Phenomenex Luna Su C18 by HPLC and a mobile phase consisting of water-methanol(32∶ 68),with a velocity of 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃.The UV detector wavelength was set at 204 nm.RESULTS The linear range of euscaphic acid was between 8.24 and 82.4 μg with the average recovery of 103.1% and the regression equation Y=6×10^6X+75 636(R^2=0.999 9).The linear range of tormertic acid was between 16.0 and 160.0 μg with the average recovery of 100.9% and the regression equation Y=6×10^6X+510 504(R^2=0.999 9).The contents of euscaphic acid and tormertic acid in Changshu Tablet were in the ranges of 0.254-0.312 mg/g and 0.572-0.663 mg/g.CONCLUSION The method is simple and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of Changshu Tablet.
