摘要
从粘委陵菜(Potentilla viscosa J.Don)根中分离出七个鞣质成分。经波谱分析、化学降解和衍生物制备等手段确定了它们的化学结构,分别为(+)-儿茶素(1)、(+)-儿茶素3-O-β-D葡萄糖苷(2)、afzelechin-(4α-8)-儿茶素(3)、原花色苷元B-3(4)、原花色苷元B-3 3′-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(5)、原花色苷元C-2(6)和粘委陵菜素(Potentillanin)(7)。其中5和7是首次发现的天然化合物。化合物1及2具有保肝作用。
Seven oompounds were isolated from the root of Potentilla viscosa J. Don, family Rosaoeae. By means of ~1H NMR, ^(13)C NMR and MS spectral analysis and chemical studies, their chemical structures were elucidated to be (+)-catechin (1), (+)-catechin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (2), afzelechin(4α-8)-catechin (3), procyanidin B-3(4), procyanidin B-3 3'-O-β-D-glueopyranoside (5), procyanidin C-2(6) and potentillanin (7) respectively. Compound 5 and 7 were new compounds. Compound 2 exhibited protecive effect on hepatitis symptoms of test animals.
