摘要
目的探讨小学二年级学生预防性侵犯知识和技能状况,为开展预防性侵犯教育提供依据。方法采用方便取样,对荆州市和阜新市500名小学二年级学生进行问卷调查。问卷内容主要包括陌生人的概念、好的接触与不好的接触、应对性侵犯的策略等。结果在被调查的小学生中,61.2%的小学生知道陌生人的概念;21.8%的小学生知道喜欢的人也有可能以让人感觉不好的方式接触儿童的身体;39.6%的小学生知道遇到不好的接触,如果告诉的人不相信,应该告诉其他成年人,直到有人相信为止。如果被喜爱的人触摸了隐私部位,表示能告诉另一个成年人的只有27.2%。若被人试图触摸隐私部位,认为有可以告诉的家庭外成年人的只有11.0%。结论小学二年级学生缺少基本的预防儿童性侵犯知识和技能,应重视小学生预防性侵犯教育。
Objective To evaluate knowledge and skills of child sexual abuse(CSA) prevention in grade 2 elementary school students,to provide basic information for CSA prevention education in elementary school.Methods Five hundred pupils from 12 classes of grade 2 of 6 schools in Jingzhou and Fuxin cities were surveyed by questionnaire.The questionnaire included the concepts of stranger,good touch and bad touch,strategies to respond to CSA.Results Of 500 pupils,61.2% knew the meaning of stranger;21.8% knew that even someone you like could touch you in a way that feels bad;39.6% knew that if someone touches you in a way that does not feel good,you should keep on telling until someone believes you.About 27.2% of pupils said that they could tell another adult if someone you like touched your privates.If their private parts were tried to be touched by someone,only 11.0% of the pupils answered that there was an adult they could tell who was not a member of their family.Conclusion The pupils lack basic CSA prevention knowledge and skills.It is necessary to promote CSA prevention education in elementary school pupils.
