急诊科护士紧张程度测试与健康教育对策 被引量:12

摘要 目的调查急诊科护士在护理工作中承受的精神心理压力程度并提出健康教育对策。方法 :通过对9所医院138名急诊科护士以“紧张程度测试”方式调查 ,收回问卷后行统计分析。结果 :有37名护士处于高度、较高度紧张状态 ,占被调查总人数的31 88 % ,有100名护士处正常高限 ,仅1人为正常水平。结论 :在分析结果基础上 ,作者积极提出对急诊科护士急需进行健康教育 :(1)重视自我护理意识 ,正确对待工作压力 ,掌握适合自己的放松技巧 ;(2)创造良好的内外环境 ,帮助护士建立工作的最佳心身状态 ;(3)帮助护士掌握护患心理沟通技巧 ;(4)重视人才选择 ,加强业务培训。 Objective:To survey the degree of psychological stress the emergency room nurses feel in their routine work and to develop relevant strategy. Methods: 138 emergency department nurses from 9 hospitals were tested for the degree of psychological stress they feel.Results: 37 nurses (31.88%)were in a highly stressful state;100 were at the highest limit of normal status, only one was in the normal status.Conclusion: The majority of emergency department nurses feel stress in their work. Based on the results a strategy is developed with such components: ①adoption of individualized relaxing skills ;②creation of good internal and external environment; ③mastering the skills of psychological communication between nurses and patients; and ④selection of the right persons and strengthening professional skill training.
