摘要
列举了等静压干法成型瓷套瓷检过程中出现的主要质量问题,从成型过程分析产生这些缺陷的原因:压机工序引起的瓷件大伞伞沿裂;修坯工序引起的瓷件跳刀、壁厚差;上釉工序引起的橘釉、伞沿釉裂、内孔流釉、缩釉、剥砂。对这些缺陷产生的原因进行分析,采取了以下改进措施:压机工序选用合适的定位圈;压制毛坯选用合格的橡胶袋;修坯工序采用合格的修坯刀;上釉工序保持喷枪枪嘴清洁、无堵塞。基本上解决了毛坯成型过程产生的主要质量问题,提高了窑后瓷检合格率。
The main quality problems during the inspection process of isostatic pressing dry process porcelain bushing were listed,the reason of these defects was analyzed from the shaping process: The crack along the porcelain big shed caused by the pressing process;The jump cut and wall thickness difference caused by casting process;The orange glaze,crack along the shed,internal hole glaze flow,glaze shrinking,sand stripping caused by glazing process.The following improvement measures were adopted: suitable location circle was selected for the press machine;the qualified rubber bag was selected for blank pressing;qualified casting knife was used in the casting process;keep the mouth of the spray gun clean and no blocking in the glazing process.The main quality problems in the blank shaping process were solved,and the qualified rate of porcelain inspection after kiln was improved.
