摘要
应用环氧树脂胶粘剂,解决大型瓷件产品伞群损伤的修饰问题。通过对胶粘剂所用材料,如环氧树脂、固化剂、石膏粉等的性能分析及型号选择,提出修饰损伤瓷件伞群时,可以应用环氧树脂胶粘剂,并采用外铸嵌入及直接浇注的方式,达到修饰效果。同时通过对较大损伤伞群进行修饰的实际操作事例,探讨在这一过程中应当注意的问题,和实际操作应用中的方法及技巧,解决瓷损伤伞群的修饰问题,以达到较好的效果。
Epoxy resin adhesives were applied to decorate damaged sheds oflarge porcelain insulator body. Through performance evaluation and model selection of adhesive material, such as epoxy resin, curing agent and gypsum powder, it was proposed that epoxy resin adhesives may be used at shed renovation, and method of external embedding and direct molding can be adopted to achieve decoration effect. At the same time through the practical operation examples of renovation of larger damaged sheds, the matters which should be paid attention to in this process as well as the methods and tech- niques in the practical application was discussed to solve the decoration problem and achieve better effect.
