摘要
本文作者以一起运行过程中GIS电压互感器异响故障为例,首先通过SF6气体成分分析、超声波局放认为电压互感器内部可能存在局放。其次结合声学成像测试,异响声源定位为电压互感器。通过对时域波形滤波,得到5kHz~10kHz和10kHz~20kHz频段内典型放电脉冲波形,并对比1m与5m测试距离下声学成像时域图、频谱图与特征值。最后通过解体检查,验证了内部局放的判断。本文可为设备异响的定位与缺陷类型快速识别提供参考。
An abnormal noise fault of GIS voltage transformer is taken as an example,firstly,through SF6 component analysis and ultrasonic partial discharge test,it is considered that there may be partial discharge inside the voltage transformer.Secondly,combined with the acoustic imaging test,the location of the abnormal noise source is the voltage transformer.By filtering the time-domain waveform,the typical discharge pulse waveforms in the 5kHz~10kHz and 10kHz~20kHz frequency bands are obtained,and the time-domain diagram,spectrum diagram and eigenvalue of acoustic imaging at 1m and 5m test distances are compared.Finally,through the disassembly inspection,the judgment of internal partial discharge is verified.This paper can provide a reference for the location of equipment abnormal noise and the rapid identification of defect types.
