摘要
目的:探讨细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)在肾小球炎症过程中的作用及氯沙坦对其影响。方法:采用体外肾小球系膜细胞与巨噬细胞共同培养的方法,观察抗ICAM-1 McAb 对巨噬细胞促进系膜细胞增殖的影响及氯沙坦对其保护作用。结果:抗ICAM-1 McAb 对巨噬细胞促进系膜细胞的增殖具有抑制作用,呈现剂量依赖趋势;氯沙坦(0.1,1.0,10.0 μm ol/L)可明显抑制经血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)诱导后系膜细胞与巨噬细胞的粘附。结论: ICAM-1 参与、影响肾小球炎症过程,氯沙坦在肾脏疾病的防治中可能有一定的意义。
Objective: To investigate the role of intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM 1) in glomerular inflammation and effects of losartan on it. Methods: Mesangial cell(MC) and macrophage were co cultured in vitro . The influence of ICAM 1 on activating MC proliferation was observed by macrophage and the protective effect of losartan was also studied. Results: The effect of activating MC proliferation by macrophage was significantly inhibited in a dosage dependent manner. Losartan(0.1,1.0,10.0 μmol/L) was found to antagonize Ang Ⅱ induced adhesion reaction of MC and macrophage. Conclusion: ICAM 1 plays an important role in pathologic process of glomerular inflammation and has potential clinical value.
