摘要
[目的]观察冠心通舒汤配合西药治疗痰阻血瘀型胸痹的疗效。[方法]将132例患者随机分为两组。对照组57例服用阿司匹林、β阻滞剂、调脂药物、硝酸酯类药物等治疗,治疗组75例在对照组治疗基础上加服冠脉通舒汤。治疗1个疗程(15d)后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组在心绞痛疗效、心电图改变等方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]冠心通舒汤能有效减少患者心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、减轻心绞痛疼痛程度,改善心电图心肌缺血程度,值得在临床推广应用。
[ Objective ] To observe effect of treating Tanzu Xueyu type obstruction of Qi in the chest with guanxin tongshu decoction plus western medicine. [Method]The 132 cases were randomly divided into two groups,Control group 57 cases oral application aspirin, β blockers, lipid - lowering drugs, nitrates treatment, Treatment group 75 cases in the control group based on the use Guanxin Tongshu decoction. After a coures of treatment （15d） to determine the efficacy. [Results] Treatment group in angina pectoris, ECG changes, etc. than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Guanxin Tongshu decoction can effectively reduce the number of patients and duration of angina attacks, reduce angina pain, improve the degree of myocardial ischemia ECG, in clinical application
