摘要
目的 :探讨复方金耳的平喘作用。方法 :采用豚鼠气管片法和药物引喘法 ,检测复方金耳对豚鼠离体气管平滑肌松弛的作用及对豚鼠引喘潜伏期的影响。结果 :在豚鼠离体实验中 ,复方金耳低、中、高剂量组在对气管平滑肌松弛百分率方面与生理盐水组比较都具极显著性差异 (P均 <0 .0 0 1) ;在药物引喘实验中 ,复方金耳中、高剂量组与生理盐水组比较都具极显著性差异 (P均 <0 .0 0 1) ,与氨茶碱组比较无显著性差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 ) ,其平喘效果与氨茶碱相近。结论 :复方金耳能提高气管平滑肌的松弛百分率 ,对气管平滑肌有松弛作用 ,并能延长药物引喘的潜伏期 ,故复方金耳具有较强的平喘作用。
Objective:To study the anti-asthmatic effect of composite tremella mesenterica decoction.Methods:The isolated tracheal slice test and drug-induced asthma test were employed to observe the influence of compostite tremella mesenterica decoction on the relaxation of tracheal smooth muscle and the latent period of asthma induced by isometric liquor of 0 1% histamine and 2% acetylcholine chloride in guinea pigs.Results:The relaxed percentage on isolated tracheal smooth muscle was high in the groups with composite tremella mesenterica decoction of small dosage,middle dosage and large dosage,compared with control group with normal saline,exhibiting a statistically significant difference(P<0 001).The groups with composite tremellla mesenterica decoction of middle dosage and large dosage could prolong the latent period of asthma induced by isometric liquor of 0 1% histamine and 2% acetylcholine chloride,compared with the control group with normal saline,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0 001),which was similar to the group with aminophylline,and no significant difference between them(P>0 05).Conclusions:Composite tremella mesenterica decoction can enhance the relaxed percentage on tracheal smooth muscle,possesses the effect on the relaxation of tracheal smooth muscle,and can prolong the latent period of asthma induced by isometric liquor of 0 1% histamine and 2% acetylcholine chloride,which show composite tremella mesenterica decoction has an evident anti-asthmatic effect.
