摘要
当前,随着医学教育改革的不断深入,医疗实践的教学质量日益受到人们的关注。本文作者认为现阶段影响医疗实践教学质量的主要制约因素:首先是教学激励措施力度不够,教师之间缺乏竞争,教学热情、积极性受到挫伤;其次是教师教学意识薄弱,对学生教育需求缺乏充分了解;三是教师队伍整体素质有待提高,教师自身医、教、研三方面发展不平衡,出现了一批为数不少的“高职低能儿”;四是学生学习缺乏动力。为此,作者提出建立一套责、权、利相一致的激励竞争机制;加强教师队伍建设;推行导师负责制的教学模式;以及调整教育知识结构四项改进策略。
With the development of medical education reform,the quality in medical practical teaching is concerned now.This article proposes the major factors,which influence quality of medical practice teaching:1.Be Short of incentive and competitive mechanism,2.Lack of teaching sense,do not understanding the demand of students,3.Teaching faculty′s diathesis needs upgrade.For these factors,the author suggests establishing incentive and competitive mechanism,strengthening teaching personnel′s construction,operating a supervisor responsible teaching mode and adjusting structure of education knowledge.
