摘要 经济社会的发展、医学模式的转变、医疗体制的改革,对医学生的临床及科研能力提出了更高的要求。借鉴研究生教学模式,让优秀的高年资医师(主治及以上)作为七年制学生的“实习导师”,给学生提供全方位的指导,以提高七年制学生的临床思维、实践技能和科研素养,使本科生和研究生阶段很好的融合,切实提高生产实习效果,促进学生全面发展。本文基于临床实践,对这一制度进行探讨,希望对七年制医学生的培养提供借鉴。 The development of economy society, transformation of medical pattern and reform of medical system have set higher requirements for medical students' clinical and scientific research abilities. By leaning from the graduate educational model, an out-standing senior doctor (attending physician or above) , as an advisor, offers all-round guidance for the seven-year-program medical students so as to improve their clinical way of thinking, practice skills and research competence, As a result, the undergraduate-to- graduate stage is connected better, the effect of practice is improved, and the students are developed in an all-round way. This article, based on our clinical practice, discusses this educational pattern for seven-year system students to provide reference for cultivation of seven-year-program medical students.
