摘要
采用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定空气中一甲基肼,在0-54mg/L范围内线性良好.当采样体积为100L时,最低检出质量浓度为0.55mg/L,检出限较国标方法大大降低.低、中、高3个浓度的一甲基肼标准溶液测定RSD(n=6)分别为2.9%,2。O%,1.6%,样品加样回收率为93.9%~99.9%..该法分析速度快、灵敏度高、准确度和分离度好,适用于空气中一甲基肼的分析检测。
The monomethylhydrazine in air was determined by capillary gas chromatography (CGC). The result showed that good linearity was obtained in range from 0-54mg/L, minimum detection concentration was 0.55mg/L at sampling 100 liters air, which was reduced greatly compared with the national standard. RSD (n=6)of low, medium and high concentration of standard solution was 2.9%, 2.0% and 1.6% separately, and the recoveries with addition of standard solution were 93.9%-99.9%.The method was rapid, sensitive, accurate, which is applicable to determine monomethylhydrazine in air.
