摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定水中铀的方法。优化了仪器工作条件,通过基体匹配消除了无机酸基体干扰。方法检出限为0.15mg/L,对5.0000mg/L铀标准溶液测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.98%(n=10),加标回收率为95%~106%,方法准确可靠。 A method for the determination of uranium in water by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry( ICP- AES) was developed. Instrumental operating parameters were optimized, and the matrix effect of inorganic acid was eliminated through matrix matching. The detection limit was 0. 15 mg/L and the RSD was 0. 98% for 5.000 0 mg/L uranium solution ( n = 10 ). The recovery- range was 95%-106%. The accuracy of the method was verified by analyzing the Standard(GBW(E)080173) under optimized operating conditions. The result obtained agreed quite well with that of the Standard.
