摘要
目的研究甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星片的含量及溶出度测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以枸橼酸钠的缓冲液-乙腈(65∶35)为流动相,检测波长为264nm,测定含量及溶出度。结果甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星片在4.552～36.416μg.mL-1呈良好线形关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.9%(n=9),6批样品在40min内溶出量均>75%。结论本法简便、准确、稳定,适用于甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星含量及溶出度的测定。
Objective To establish a method to determine the content and the dissolution of tosufloxacin tosylate dispersion tablets. Methods An HPLC method was established to determine the content and the main drug absorption of tosufloxacin tosilate.The Hypersil C18column was used with sodium citrate buffer-acetonitrile（65∶35）at the detection wavelength of 264 nm. Results The calibration curve of tosufloxacin tosylate dispersion tablets was linear at 4.552-36.416 μg·mL-1（r=0.999 8）,and the average recovery was 98.9%（n=9）.The dissolution of 6 batches of samples at 40 min was all over 75%. Conclusion The method is convenient,precise,and reliable,which can be used in the determination for tosufloxacin tosylate dispersion tablets.
