摘要
目的：建立甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星片含量测定的高效液相色谱法，方法：采用高效液相色谱法，C18柱（250×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为0．08mol／L枸橼酸溶液（用三乙胺调pH至2．5）-乙腈（73：27），流速：1．0ml／min，检测波长：270nm。结果：甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星在5-60ug／ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．87％，RSD为0．47％。结论：高效液相色谱法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好，可用于测定甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星片含量。
Aim： To establish a HPLC method for concurrent determination of tab Tosufloxacin toluene sulfonate. Methods： The HPLC system consisted DiamonsilTM Cl8 column （250×4.6mm,5μm）, 0.08mol/L Citric acid （Triethylamine pH 2.5）-Acetonitrile （73：27） as mobile phase with detection wave Length at 270nm,flow rate was 1.0mL.min^-1 , temprature of column was 25 ℃. Results： The linear range of Tosufloxacin toluene sulfonate were within5- 60 μg. mL-1 ,the average reeorvery was 99.87% （RSD=0.47%）. Conclusion： The established method was suitable for the concurrent determination of Tosufloxacin toluene sulfonate. The method was convenient and accurate.
