摘要
提出培养高素质的教师是全面推进素质教育的必要条件，并提出了培养高素质的数学教师的作法．
This article put forward that training the teacher of high quality was the necessary condition of advancing the education of high quality over all, and it also put forward the method how to train mathematical teacher of high quality.
