摘要 超声冲洗已经越来越多地应用于根管治疗术,与传统方法相比,根管超声冲洗能更好地清除根管内的细菌、玷污层、牙本质碎屑等,并对根管内的复杂结构有更强地清洁效果。本文就根管超声冲洗的机制、效果及其影响因素等作一综述。 Passive ultrasonic irrigation has been increasingly used in root canal treatment.Compared with traditional syringe irrigation,it removes more bacteria,smear layer and dentine debris,and is an important supplement for cleaning complicated root canal system.This article reviews the mechanism,effects and relevant factors of passive ultrasonic irrigation.
