超声波根管器械在前磨牙根管治疗中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究超声波根管器械预备前磨牙的临床效果,探讨其在根管预备中的临床价值。方法:收集临床初诊病例156个,按随机化原则分成两组,分别用超声波根管器械和手用器械预备根管并对其预备时间及疼痛发生率进行对比分析。结果:超声波根管器械预备根管的时间短,术后效果好于手用根管器械。结论:超声波根管器械可缩短预备时间,减轻医生及患者的疲劳,根管清理干净彻底,明显降低疼痛反应,操作简单易行,利于临床推广。 Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of ultrasonic instrument in prelolar's root canal preparation. Methods: 156 premolars were collected and divided into two groups. The experimental group was prepared with ultrasonic instrument; the control group was prepared with manual instrument, The operation time and the incidence of pain were compared. Results: The experimental group was better than the control group on the operation time and the incidence of pain. Conclu- sion: The ultrasonic instrument can reduce the operation time and the incidence of pain.
