26例成人冠状动脉起源异常分析

摘要 目的了解和分析成人冠状动脉起源异常发生的情况。方法回顾性分析2005年1月～2011年6月笔者所在医院收治的26例冠状动脉起源异常患者的影像资料。结果 26例冠状动脉起源异常的患者中,左冠状动脉起源异常7例(26.92%),右冠状动脉起源异常19例(73.08%)。结论冠状动脉起源异常多为右冠状动脉起源异常,冠状动脉造影对发现冠状动脉起源异常与确定其类型有重要作用。
