摘要
采用TDI和MDI通过预聚物法进行浇注型聚氨酯弹性体的合成。分析预聚物中异氰酸酯基含量和扩链剂的种类对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响。浇注型聚氨酯隔振器与橡胶隔振器相比,具有更低的固有频率、更好的动态性能和更高的承载能力。疲劳试验结果表明聚氨酯隔振器具有优良的抗疲劳性能。
Casting polyurethane elastomers were synthesized from TDI and MDI by prepolymerizing. The effects of different chain extender and the content of-NCO group in prepolymer on the mechanical properties were analyzed. Compared with rubber isolator, casting polyurethane isolator has lower nature frequency, better dynamic performance and higher loading capacity. Fatigue test results showed that the polyurethane isolator has excellent anti-fatigue performance.
