摘要
通过在聚氨酯材料中加入β-环糊精、阻燃剂8033、受阻酚AO-80等有机填料,并测试材料的动态力学性能,考察有机填料种类及用量对聚氨酯材料阻尼性能影响。β-环糊精的加入能够提高聚氨酯材料的损耗因子,但会降低材料的有效阻尼温域;阻燃剂8033不仅能提高聚氨酯材料的损耗因子,还能拓宽材料的有效阻尼温域;受阻酚AO-80能够有效提高聚氨酯材料的损耗因子。
Different organic fillers such asβ-cyclodextrin,flame retardant 8033 and hindered phenol AO-80 were added into polyurethane materials.The damping property of the polyurethane with different organic fillers was investigated through dynamic mechanical tests.The addition ofβ-cyclodextrin can increase the loss factor of polyurethane materials,but will reduce the effective damping temperature range.Flame retardant 8033 can not only increase the loss factor of polyurethane materials,but also broaden the effective damping temperature range.Hindered phenol AO-80 can effectively improve the loss factor of polyurethane materials.
