摘要
以PTM G、TD I、M OCA为原料,采用预聚法合成聚氨酯弹性体,并选用纳米碳酸钙对聚氨酯弹性体进一步增强,通过对纳米碳酸钙进行表面改性及采用超声波促进纳米粒子在基体中更好地分散,并考察了纳米碳酸钙的含量和合成温度对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响。结果表明,纳米碳酸钙对聚氨酯弹性体的力学性能有一定的提高,并且在纳米碳酸钙含量为4%时综合力学性能最好,通过扫描电镜观察纳米碳酸钙在基体中发生了团聚或附聚现象。
In this paper, based on polytetramethylene (PTMG), diisocyanate (TDI) and aromatic diamine (MOCA), polyethcr urethanc elastomers was synthesized from polytetrahy drofuran. And to be more reinforce polyurethane, nano-CaCO3 were prepared successfully. The surface modification of nano-CaCO3 and the introducing of uhrasonic promoted the dispersion of nano-CaCO3. The effects of the contents of nano-CaCO3 and the synthetic temperature on the properties of composites were alsoinvestigated. The rcsuhs show that nano-CaCO3 can improve the mechanical properties. The resuhs of SEM show that nanoparticles arc not better dispersed but reunite in this system.
