摘要
以炼钢工艺中转炉炉体支撑装置的发展历程为线索,通过对几种典型的炉体支撑形式进行结构分析,阐述了卡板夹持联接以及法兰螺栓联接型式被淘汰的原因。结合工程实际应用,分析了3点球铰支撑结构的优缺点,总结了下悬挂结构在转炉炼钢工程应用中的优势,论证了下悬挂结构的静定系统属性,针对下悬挂装置的静定系统属性提出应用中的注意事项即机构设计上增设安全挡座、对各连杆的材质和热处理提出严格要求、各支撑件与炉体以及托圈的焊接必须严格保证质量、生产实际中注意检查该机构的工况,以便及时发现问题。
By means of structure analysis to typical converter support types,this paper describes reasons that stuck block and flange-bolt types were eliminated.Based on engineering application,the advantages and disadvantages of 3-spherical hinge support are analyzed,the advantages of lower-suspension unit are summarized,and the properties of static determination system are demonstrated.Key points for the application of converter support are presented.They include: adding safety block in mechanical design,strict requirements for materials,heat treatment of connecting rods as well as connecting welding,strict inspection to the working conditions of connecting mechanism,etc.
