摘要
30tEAF初炼—40tLF槽烁高碳铬轴承钢的脱氧工艺:对粗钢液采取硅、铝沉淀脱氧,LF精炼全过程在覆盖渣和氩气恒能搅拌条件下进行非真空电弧加热和20~10kPa真空脱气的两步精炼,使∑[O]平均降至13.36ppm,夹杂物总量为0.00273%,体积分数为0.0447%,显微夹杂物平均级别达到国内外较好水平,并很少出现点球状夹杂物。
In this paper,the deoxidization technology for high carbon chromium bearing steels produced by steelmaking in 30 t EF and refining in 40 t LF is described.In the steelmaking Si─ deoxidization and A1-deoxidization were used.The refining was conducted with the convering slag and the stirring of the constant energy of argon. In this process,the liquid steel was firstly heated by electric arc under non-vacuum and then refined under the vacuum of 20~10 kPa. The results show that the average content of oxygen ∑[O] is reduced to 13.36 ppm,the total content of inclusions is 0.00273%and 0.0447 vol%,the average grade of the micro-inclusions has reached to the best level at home and abroad and the globular oxidates appeared seldom.
