摘要
针对转炉倾动时发出的异常响声以及制动垫板脱落的现象进行了问题分析,提出了相应的改进措施。通过改进消除了上述故障,提高了炼钢效率,降低了维修费用。
On this paper, the author makes analysis of the abnormal sound of the converter tliting and the breaking phenomenon of the brake, and he also makes improvement and solution to these problems,which helps the steel- making more efficient and lower the maintain cost.
