摘要
电解水是一种瞬时、广谱、高效、廉价、安全无污染无残留的新型消毒剂。根据电解方式和电解程度不同,可分为5种不同类型,且不同类型的电解水在畜禽生产中的用途各不相同。电解水在食品加工中应用已经较为广泛,近年来研究人员开始将其应用于畜禽生产中的杀菌消毒,取得了良好的效果。将碱性电解水作为畜禽饮用水,可促进畜禽机体健康。作者综述了电解水的生成机理、理化性质和作用机制等,并对其在畜禽生产中的主要应用范围进行了介绍。
Electrolyzed water is a new type disinfectant agent which has been recognized as instantaneous,universally applicable,effective,cheapness,safe,without chemical residues and no pollutions.Based on the electrolysis form and degrees,it can be divided into five types,and every types used in different areas.It was widely used in food processing industry.In recent years,researchers start to use it in the disinfection of livestock production,and achieved sound effects.Use alkaline water as the animal drinking water can promote animal health.This article has discussed the electrolyzed water＇s formation mechanism,physicochemical properties,and its mechanism of function.The prospect of the electrolyzed water applied in livestock production is also reviewed.
