摘要
为了研究酸性氧化电位水代替传统常用蚕药对家蚕饲料效率及生命力的影响,通过常用蚕药为对照,调查了酸性氧化电位水处理的家蚕食下干量、食下率、消化率等生理生化指标及蚕茧的全茧量、茧层量、茧重转换效率、茧层生产效率、收茧量、结茧率、死笼率、虫蛹生命率等指标,发现酸性氧化电位水处理对家蚕的食下干量、食下率、茧层量、茧重转换效率、茧层生产效率、收茧量、结茧率、死笼率、虫蛹统一生命率等指标没有显著性影响,而全茧量差异极显著。调查表明,在蚕桑生产上使用酸性氧化电位水代替常用蚕药对家蚕的饲料效率、生命力没有不良影响。
It aims to study the effect of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) on feed efficiency and vitality of Bombyx Mori. With conventional chemicals for Bombyx Mori as the control group, research is conducted on the physiological and biochemical indicators (including the intake of dry food, rate of feeding and digestibility) and other indicators (including whole cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight, conversion efficiency of cocoon weight, productivity of cocoon shell, cocoon yield, cocooning rate, death rate and vital rate of larva-pupa) of Bombyx Mori treated with EOW. It reveals that EOW has little effect on the intake of dry food, rate of feeding, cocoon shell weight, conversion efficiency of cocoon weight, productivity of cocoon shell, cocoon yield, cocooning rate, death rate and vital rate of larva-pupa;it has significant effect on whole efficiency cocoon weight. Conclusion is reached that applying EOW has no unfavorable effects on the feed and vitality of Bombyx Mori.
