摘要
报告了液态硝铵在工业炸药生产中的使用情况和发展前景,分析了硝酸铵溶液的温度对运输、储存过程的影响作用,通过理论计算热力学参数验证了液态硝铵中低温储运的可行性。实验结果表明:添加改性剂可降低过饱和硝酸铵溶液析晶点至50℃,提高液态硝铵运输距离和保温时间3倍以上,能确保液态硝铵中低温储运的安全。
This paper first informs the usage and development prospects of liquid ammonium nitrate in the preparation of industrial explosives, and then analyzes the influences of the temperature of ammonium nitrate solution on the process of transport and storage. The feasibility of storage and transportation of liquid am- monium nitrate at low temperature is verified by theoretical calculation of the thermodynamic parameters. The experiment resuits showed that the crystallization point of supersaturated ammonium nitrate solution can be reduced to 50℃ by adding modifier, the transport distance and heat preservation time of liquid ammonium nitrate can be increased by a factor of over three,the storage and transport safety of liquid ammonium nitrate at low - medium temperature can he ensured.
