摘要
文章提出降低乳化温度的关键是降低氧化剂水溶液的析晶点。根据相似相溶原理 ,采用混和氧化剂、晶形改性剂等添加剂 ,降低乳化温度 ,达到了低温乳化的目的。实验结果表明 ,上述思路正确、可行 ,乳化温度可降低到 6 5℃左右 ,低温乳化制得的炸药性能符合要求。
It is indicated that the key metod to lower the emulsion temperature is to lower the crystallization temperature of the emulsion solation.According to the stimulated dissoluble theory and by the use of mixed oxidizer and additive of crystal modifying agent,etc.,the emulsion temperature is lowered and the purpose of low temperature emulsifying is obtained.The results showed that the emulsion temperature could be lowered to about 65℃ and the emulsion explosive made by this way conforms to its requirement.
