摘要
就压缩机油、硝酸、氯化物等杂质对硝酸铵 (AN)溶液热分解特性的影响进行了较为系统的研究。结果表明 ,当温度较高 (>175℃ )时 ,上述 3种物质均可促进AN的分解 ,有气体产生 ;当温度较低 (<140℃ )时 ,只有同时含有氯化物和酸的硝酸铵溶液分解显著 ,并且该反应为放热反应。在工业生产中 ,AN溶液是呈酸性的 。
A relatively systematic study is made of the effect of such impurities as compressor oil, nitric acid and chlorides on the thermal decomposition properties of ammonium nitrate(AN) solution. The results show that at high temperatures(>175 ℃) the three impurities mentioned above will promote the decomposition of AN, with the production of gas, while at low temperatures(<140 ℃) the decomposition of AN solution with only chlorides and acid will be significant, and this reaction is exothermic. In industrial production, the AN solution is acidic, so its mixture with chlorides is very dangerous.
