儿童腹泻患者志贺菌属菌型分布及耐药性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解2006~2010年唐山地区儿童腹泻患者志贺菌属菌型分布及耐药状况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:通过便培养,致病菌经生化及血清学进一步鉴定到种、群或血清型,并以纸片扩散法测定抗菌药物的敏感性。结果:5年共检出志贺菌152株,以B群福氏志贺菌最多占80.3%;D群宋内志贺菌次之占18.4%,有增多趋势。B群福氏志贺菌血清型以F2a为主,占65.6%。志贺菌属对氨苄西林的耐药率达100.0%,对头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、头孢哌酮的耐药率很高达40.0%~87.0%,但头孢他啶的耐药率相对较低,为20.0%~44.0%;氨曲南耐药率也相对较低,为34.0%~56.0%;阿莫西林/克拉维酸、氨苄西林/舒巴坦的耐药率也较高。亚胺培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药率低。D群耐药率很低。结论:儿童感染志贺菌属主要以B群为主,总体有下降趋势。菌群及血清型种类随时间的变迁而变化,耐药性也在变化,应及时监测并指导防治。
