摘要
供应商是整个供应链的起点,它的综合能力直接影响到整个供应链的正常运行。借助供应商的二层指标体系,利用属性综合评价法对某供应商的能力进行了综合评价。通过该实例说明了属性综合评价方法具有可行性,而且较模糊综合评价方法更加合理。
Supplier is the beginning of the supply chain,and its comprehensive ability affects directly the normal operation of the supply chain.Attribute comprehensive evaluation is applied to determine the comprehensive ability of the selected suppliers based on the target system for supplier selection evaluation.An example is given to show that the method of attribute comprehensive evaluation is feasible,and more reasonable than the method of fuzzy evaluation.
