摘要
在综合考虑了影响电能质量的各种稳态和暂态因素后,建立了电能质量综合评价层次递阶模型,提出了一种采用置信度准则的模糊综合评价方法,实例计算结果表明,该方法比传统的模糊综合评价方法能更好的区分电能质量等级并能对电能质量进行定性与定量评估.
A new hierarchy model for power quality evaluation is presented to quantify and evaluate the quality of power commodity based on fuzzy sets theory. Then a universal, objective, and unique comprehensive evaluation index system is built up. Case results show that the presented method is superior to traditional fuzzy synthetic evaluation method in distinguishing the grades of power quality.
