摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸及甲基丙烯酸- β- 羟乙酯共聚合成了具有羟基和羧基侧基的丙烯酸共聚物,再用甲苯二异氰酸酯与甲基丙烯酸- β- 羟乙酯的半加成物对上述丙烯酸树脂进行接枝改性,经胺中和后,水性化,可得较为稳定的自乳化光敏树脂水分散体系。流变学研究显示其有明显的触变性,固含量为75 - 81 % ,乳胶粒径在200 nm 左右。考察了在光引发剂Irgacure2959 作用下,树脂中丙烯酸单元含量及半加成物接枝率对最终光固化涂层综合性能的影响。
An acrylic copolymer with pendant hydroxy and carboxyl groups was prepared by using of n-butyl acrylate, styrene, acrylic acid and β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate in butanone, then reacted with the half adduct of tolylene diisocyanate and β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate. The obtained graft copolymer can be neutralized with amine and dispersed stably in water in the form of self-emulsified latexes after removing organic solvent by distillation. The self-emulsified system exhibited thixotropy, the solid content ranged from 75% to 81% with particle size around 200nm. In the presence of photoinitiator Irgacure 2959, the comprehensive properties of the photocured coatings from the self-emulsified system were tested.
