摘要
目的探讨护理教育在老年性白内障复明手术中的作用。方法对183例191眼老年性白内障施行白内障超声乳化吸除术加人工晶状体植入术或非超声乳化吸除术加人工晶状体植入术围手术期护理教育的临床资料进行分析。结果通过白内障手术围手术期的全程护理教育,本组病例均如期施行手术,随访1～3个月,无一例发生手术并发症,术后视力均恢复。结论开展对老年性白内障手术患者的围手术期护理教育,是手术成功的重要保障。
Objective The function of the nursing education in senile cataract operation has been discussed in this article. Methods The author had studied the nursing education clinical data of 183 cases 191 eyes of senile cataract for cataract phacoemulsification and IOL implantation or non phacoemulsification and IOL implantation in perioperation period. Results By the whole process of nursing education cataract operation in perioperative period,all the cases had been operated according to the schedule,and followed with 1-3 months,none of them had operation complications occurs,the patients＇visual acuity recovered postoperatively. Conclusion The nursing education is an important guarantee of successful operation on the senile cataract operation.
