摘要
目的:探讨青光眼滤过手术后白内障超声乳化手术这一高难度手术的方法和技巧。方法:对青光眼滤过手术后白内障患者行表麻下超声乳化吸除及人工晶状体植入术,观察视力,眼压,并发症及术后随访情况。结果:42眼中视力≥0.5者占80.9%,眼压没有大的变化,并发症也比较少,每个患者视力都有不同程度的提高。随访情况也比较好。结论:青光眼滤过手术后白内障超声乳化手术,只要认真对待,熟练掌握手术中的关键技术如瞳孔后粘连的分离,浅前房的处理等,就完全能做好这一手术。
AIM： To evaluate the effect of phacoemulsificatio on post-trabeculectomy cataract.
METHODS： Phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation was performed on 42 eyes that had undergone trabeculectomy. The visual acuity, intraocular pressure （IOP） and complications after the operation were followed up.
RESULTS： The postoperative visual acuity improved in all 42 eyes, and in 80.9% patients （34/42） increased to 0.5 or more. The IOP kept stable and few complications was observed.
CONCLUSIONS： Phacomulsification can be used successfully in the treatment of post-trabeculectomy cataracts, though the segregation of pupil posterior synechia, the treatment of shallow anterior chamber should be paid more attention to.
