摘要
目的探讨精细化护理对老年性白内障摘除术后发生眼内感染的效果。方法将1200例行白内障摘除术的患者采用随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组。实验组患者600例,726只眼,对照组患者600例,759只眼。实验组给予精细化护理,对照组给予普通护理,比较两组患者手术时间、住院时间、视力水平、健康知识掌握情况以及眼内感染发生率。结果实验组手术时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组视力水平均较治疗前显著提升(P<0.01),实验组较对照组提升更显著(P<0.01)。实验组健康知识掌握优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),眼内炎发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论精细化护理可以有效缩短老年性白内障患者的手术时间及住院时间,提升视力水平,降低眼内感染发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of refined nursing on prevention of intraocular infection after senile cataract extraction. Methods A total of 1 200 patients who underwent cataract extraction were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. There were 600 patients in the experimental group, 726 eyes, and 600 patients in the control group, 759 eyes. The experimental group was given refined care, and the control group was given general care. The operation time, hospitalization time, visual acuity,health knowledge and incidence of intraocular infection were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0. 01). After treatment, the visual acuity of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0. 01) , and the experimental group improved more significantly than the control group (P<0. 01). The excellent rate of health knowledge in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0. 01), and the incidence of endophthalmitis was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion Refined nursing can effectively shorten the operation time and hospitalization time of senile cataract patients, improve vision level and reduce the incidence of intraocular infection, which is worthy of popularization and application.
