摘要 在高等教育大众化的背景下,如何促进教学质量的整体提高,已成为社会各界普遍关注的重要问题。学生评教是高校教学质量监控的重要环节,对教学质量的提高起到积极的促进作用。但是,学生评教指标体系尚存不合理,学生对评教意义认识不足,受情感因素影响较大,学生评教结果的反馈不及时等问题影响着学生评教的有效性。因此,完善学生评教指标体系,提高学生评教参与率,合理统计和客观分析学生评教结果,及时将评教结果反馈给师生,是提高学生评教有效性的重要措施。 In the context of popularized higher education, how to promote the overall improvement of teaching quality has become an important issue of common concern. Students' evaluation of teachers' performance is an important part in the monitor system of teaching effectiveness, which has a positive role to play in its improvement. Such evaluation is of great significance in upgrading teaching quality, regulating teaching administration and developing students' comprehensive quality. However, the validity of such evaluation may be affected because of the irrationality in evaluation index system and sometimes students may not be fully aware of the significance of such evaluation and may be affected by their emotions. Besides, the feedback from students may not be provided to teachers in a timely way. Therefore, some important measures should be taken to improve the validity of such evaluation - perfecting the evaluation index system, raising students' participation rate, making reasonable use and objective analysis of the statistics data as well as feeding back in time to teachers and the students the results of the evaluation.
