剖宫产近期并发症处理分析

摘要 目的探讨剖宫产近期并发症的相关因素。方法对本院产科收治的38例剖宫产发生近期并发症的相关因素进行临床分析。结果本组38例剖宫产发生近期并发症患者中,13例剖宫产近期并发症患者获得治愈;25例出血患者中无一例死亡,其中2例术后子宫切口出血致阔韧带后腹膜血肿患者缝合止血后也较顺利愈合。结论产科的医生要加强剖宫产手术并发症的术前、术中、术后治疗与护理措施,竭力降低剖宫产手术的并发症发生率。
