摘要
[目的]探讨血必净治疗慢性肺心病心功能不全临床疗效。[方法]将65例入选患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组30例,两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用血必净静脉点滴。[结果]治疗组有效率为94.29%,对照组有效率为73.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、血液流变学、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、射血分数(EF),两组比较差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]血必净对于慢性肺心病心功能不全具有良好的治疗作用。
[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Xuebijing（Clearing blood） injection in treating cardiac insufficiency in patients with chronic pulmonary and heart disease. [Methods] Sixty-five patients were randomly divided into treatment group （35 cases） and control group （30 cases）. Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine and treatment group by Xuebijing. l-Results] The effective rate was 91.42% in treatment group and 73.33 % in the control group, the difference between these two groups was notable （P〈0.05）. The level of PaO2, PaCO2, hemorheology, cardiac output, cardiac index and ejection function were observed, the difference between these two groups was also remarkable （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. [Conclusions] Xuebijing injection has satisfactory therapeutic effect in treating cardiac insufficiency in patients with chronic pulmonary and heart disease.
