摘要
目的建立益气化瘀颗粒剂的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的黄芪、丹参、白术、当归和党参进行定性鉴别,并采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射器法(high performance liquid chromatography/evaportive light scattering detector,HPLC-ELSD)对制剂中的黄芪甲苷进行含量测定。结果高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射器法测定黄芪甲苷的线性范围为0.6～7.5μg(r=0.9991),平均回收率为97.7%(RSD=0.97%)。结论采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射器法测定益气化瘀颗粒剂中黄芪甲苷含量,方法简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。
Objective To study the quality standard of Yiqi Huayu granule and to control its quality. Methods The qualita- tive identification was performed by thin layer chromatography （TLC）, and the astragaloside content in granule was deter- mined by high performance liquid chromatography / evaportive light scattering detector （HPLC-ELSD） method. Results The method was linear within the range from 0.6 μg to 7.5μg, the average recovery was 97.7%, and the RSD was 0.97%. Conclusion The method with high performance liquid chromatography / evaporative light scattering detector （HPLC-ELSD） is simple with convincing results, the sensitivity is high, and the reproduction quality is good, it is hightly reproducible, and may be used for the quantitative determination of the Yiqi Huayu granule.
