应用RT-PCR法检测食物中诺如病毒 被引量：2

摘要 诺如病毒（Nv）感染在食源性疾病中为常见病原体，1968年在美国诺瓦克市被发现，2002年8月命名为Noroviruses，NV。主要是水源受污染引起食物中毒，食物以及物品和空气等传播造成人类感染性腹泻㈣。常用快速检验方法来检测以辅助临床诊断。
